Apple co-founder and CEO, entrepreneur, and visionary the late Steve Jobs urges graduates to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life’s setbacks — including death itself — at Stanford University’s 114th commencement ceremony on June 12, 2005.

This is one of my favourite inspirational speeches and Steve Jobs, the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, draws from some of the most pivotal points in his life as he addresses and inspires the graduates.

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.” ~ Steve Jobs
